Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with cardiologists.
- Manage patients with heart failure, arrhythmias, coronary artery disease, and other cardiovascular conditio.
- Provide patient education regarding disease processes, medications, lifestyle modifications, and risk factor.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and services.
