Key Responsibilities

The Sleep Medicine Nurse Practitioner performs comprehensive assessments, interprets diagnostic tests, and develops individualized treatment plans for patients with sleep disorders. They also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and provide education to patients regarding sleep hygiene and treatment adherence.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program and possess current licensure as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner. National board certification in a relevant specialty and a current DEA permit to prescribe controlled substances are also required.
