Manage independent cases and perform regional blocks while collaborating closely with the surgical and anesthesia teams.
Work alongside physicians, CRNAs, nurses, surgeons, and other colleagues who are committed to providing exceptional care close to home.
Care for patients from Windsor and surrounding communities, helping ensure they have access to high-quality surgical and anesthesia services without traveling long distances for care.
Participate in quality, safety, and practice improvement initiatives that support the hospital and the community it serves.
Maintain opportunities for teaching and mentorship through the relationship with Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center.
Why You’ll Love This Practice

Work with a team that knows one another, works together, and shares a commitment to patient-centered care.
Enjoy 1,680 weekday clinical hours per year, with limited weekday pager call and minimal weekend commitments.
Receive competitive shift-based compensation, with premium pay for shifts beyond standard clinical hours.
Maintain access to academic teaching and mentorship opportunities through Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center while keeping your primary practice focused on community care.
Receive up to $15,000 in relocation assistance, based on mileage, to help make your move to the area easier.
