Diagnostic Radiologist (0.9 FTE)

Job Description

Morlen Health invites applications for a Board Certified or Eligible Diagnostic Radiologist to practice at Skyline Medical Office in Salem, Oregon. Assigned work can be tailored to subspecialization and clinical interests; however, experience and interest in breast imaging/mammography is required. You will work with an integrated and compassionate team of physicians and supportive clinical and administrative staff. The successful candidate will interact well with clinical colleagues and work efficiently while providing consultations.

* 4-day work week

* Typical schedule is 7am-4pm with an hour lunch

* Work from home opportunities and great work/life balance

* Minimal weekend general call coverage (approximately one day per quarter)

* Occasional fluoroscopy procedures

* Physician-friendly Epic EMR, RadAI Impressions and AI-assisted scribe support

* Opportunity for additional income through reading additional studies, extra shifts, and call coverage

* Integrated team of physicians and supportive clinical and administrative staff

Minimum Requirements

* Board Certified or Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology

* Experience and interest in breast imaging/mammography

Preferred Requirements

* Fellowship training is preferred but not required.

Your Total Rewards

The annual salary for this position is $534,060-$601,920. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as an applicant’s skills and qualifications, education and certifications, training, relevant clinical experience, market data, geographic location, internal equity, FTE, and other job-related factors.

In addition to base pay, Morlen Health offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage; retirement benefits; paid time off; paid holidays; and other benefits and programs. Specific details are below, and specific plan information is available upon request.

* Base salary range: $497,520-$565,380

* Lifestyle Stipend: $36,540 annually

* New Hire Sign-on Bonus up to $150,000

* Relocation Allowance available - up to $15,000
