Key Responsibilities
The RN Navigator coordinates comprehensive care for CT lung screening patients from order to completion. They evaluate diagnostic codes for screening criteria and facilitate scheduling and follow-up care navigation.
Requirements
Requires a nursing degree (BSN, ADN, or Diploma) and a valid Virginia Multi-State RN license with 3 years of RN experience. BLS certification is required, and experience in oncology, pulmonary, or case management is preferred.
