Key Responsibilities
The Ambulatory Triage RN assesses patient conditions and symptoms to provide clinical direction, education, and appropriate disposition recommendations. They coordinate care across the continuum by collaborating with healthcare providers and utilizing standardized protocols for medication management and appointment scheduling.
Requirements
Candidates must be a registered nurse with at least three years of nursing experience and a valid Indiana license. Preferred qualifications include ambulatory or triage experience and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
