The Registered Nurse Navigator acts as a bridge between patients and the healthcare team to coordinate comprehensive care and provide disease education. They are responsible for implementing clinic protocols, managing patient testing orders, and monitoring progress within the Lung Nodule Program.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school with at least two years of professional nursing experience and a valid Indiana RN license. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and experience in pulmonary care or patient navigation are preferred.
