Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Nurse Educator is responsible for delivering new employee orientation and providing ongoing clinical education to staff across multiple markets. This role partners with the Compliance and Quality team to translate audit findings into targeted training initiatives to ensure high clinical standards.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active RN license and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing with at least 3 years of hospice or home health experience. A minimum of 1 year in clinical education or staff development is required, along with strong knowledge of Medicare hospice regulations.
