Job Description
Alachua Academy is a moderate-risk residential commitment program for female
youth aged 13 to 18. This program provides youth with comprehensive care,
treatment, supervision, and evidence-based intensive mental health & substance
abuse services. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including
individual, family, and group counseling, while in the program.
Compensation: $50K Annually

What you will do: As a Non-Licensed Therapist, you will provide individual,
family, and group counseling services to clients and their families according to
the needs documented in their assessment and treatment plan. This position
reports to the Clinical Director or other designated supervisor within the
clinic.
To be considered, you should
* Have experience in Mental Health Counseling or Clinical Social Work.
* Have a Master’s Degree or better in Social Work or related field of study.
* Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, physical, and TB
Test.
Schedule: 5 days a week, 8 hours a day.

Key Responsibilities
Provide individual, family, and group counseling services to clients based on their documented assessment and treatment plans. Report to the Clinical Director to support the mental health and substance abuse needs of female youth in a residential program.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree or higher in Social Work or a related field. Experience in Mental Health Counseling or Clinical Social Work is required, along with the ability to pass various health and background screenings.
