Job Description
Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of
youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring a Therapist at Norris Academy in
Andersonville, TN
Are you ready to make an IMPACT from day one? Nestled just outside the Great
Smoky Mountains, around 30 miles North of Knoxville, in a small, quaint,
beautiful town, called Andersonville, sits Norris Academy, a residential
treatment facility that offers comprehensive, holistic services to youth with
autism spectrum disorders, and/or other neurodevelopmental diagnosis.
A caseload you can actually manage. This role comes with a set, reasonable
caseload — no productivity quotas, no chasing billable hours. You're paid a
stable annual salary, so you can focus fully on doing great clinical work
instead of watching a productivity meter.
Compensation: Starting at $62,000 per year, negotiable based on experience,
education, and licensure. Free supervision provided for therapists pursuing
licensure.

What you'll do: No two days look the same — the work is exciting, impactful, and
deeply rewarding. As a Therapist, you'll lead the delivery and implementation of
each client's individual treatment plan, run individual and group therapy
sessions, participate in child/family and treatment team meetings, and complete
assessments and reports as required by the county and state. This is an onsite
position, Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts — with a set caseload and salary,
so your schedule and workload stay predictable.
To be considered you should
* Be at least 21 years of age
* Master’s degree required and license eligible in TN
* At least 1-year prior experience working with children in a residential
setting
* Be able to pass a background screening, drug test, and physical
* Have a passion to work with and help children

Key Responsibilities
The therapist will lead the delivery and implementation of individual treatment plans and conduct both individual and group therapy sessions. Additionally, they will participate in treatment team meetings and complete necessary clinical assessments and reports.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree and be license-eligible in Tennessee. At least one year of prior experience working with children in a residential setting is required.
