Key Responsibilities
The Advanced Practice Provider will provide primary care to patients in outlying clinics and collaborate with families to establish effective care plans. They are responsible for assessing patient conditions, ordering diagnostic tests, and interpreting results to ensure high-quality clinical outcomes.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse license in Illinois and be willing to obtain Indiana licensure. A minimum of three years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider is preferred, along with BLS certification.
