Get Well Clinic is growing across Texas, and we’re excited to expand our College Station team! We’re looking for a motivated, compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) ready to make an impact while growing with a fast-paced, patient-centered practice.
In this role, you’ll provide family medicine care to patients of all ages and take an active role in our expanding medical weight management program. This is a great opportunity for an FNP who enjoys building relationships with patients, promoting healthier lifestyles, and being part of a practice that is continuing to grow and evolve
What You'll Do
Provide primary care to patients across the lifespan: acute visits, chronic disease management, physicals, and preventive care
Evaluate and manage weight loss patients, including GLP-1 therapy (semaglutide, tirzepatide), dosing adjustments, and follow-up
- Diagnose, treat, and prescribe
- Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests
- Manage common chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and thyroid disorders
- Educate patients on nutrition, lifestyle changes, and medication adherence
- Document visits accurately and on time in the EMR
- Work closely with medical assistants and front office staff to keep clinic flow smooth
What We're Looking For
- Master's or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited FNP program
- Active Texas APRN license with prescriptive authority
- National board certification (AANP or ANCC)
- At least 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Family practice and/or weight management experience strongly preferred
- EMR experience (Practice Fusion is a plus)
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- No weekends, no call

Requirements
Requires a Master's or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited FNP program and an active Texas APRN license. Candidates must have at least one year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner and hold national board certification.
