  • Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 SalaryJob Shift: AnyPosition Summary: The Primary Therapist at WE LEVEL UP is responsible for providing comprehensive therapeutic support and guidance to clients.

## The role involves developing individualized treatment plans, facilitating therapy sessions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote the mental and emotional well-being of clients. The Primary Therapist plays a crucial role in empowering clients to achieve their recovery goals and improve their quality of life. Must be licensed in the state of Florida: LMHC, LCSW RMHCI (actively working towards full licensure) and RSWCI (actively working towards full licensure) are also encouraged to apply. Position Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their therapeutic needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques. Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients. Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in urgent situations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment strategies. Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and coping strategies. Stay informed about the latest developments in the field of mental health therapy and incorporate best practices into treatment plans. Uphold ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in all client interactions.

Qualifications

Required Education: Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution. CPR Certification Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a therapeutic or clinical setting, preferably in mental health or substance abuse treatment. Proven track record of developing and implementing individualized treatment plans. Experience in conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR. Required Skills and Abilities: Strong understanding of mental health disorders and treatment methodologies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Proficiency in maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage crisis situations effectively. Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.
