Join Advanced Recovery Systems as a IOP Clinical Therapist – Monday-Thursday, 11am-9pm in Lake Worth, Florida, United States. Join our team as a FT Independently Licensed IOP Clinician! Monday- Thursday 11am-9pm The Recovery Village Palm Beach at Baptist Health is a center that connects clients in southeast Florida and beyond to life-changing addiction treatment.

Key Responsibilities
The IOP Clinician provides individual, group, and family therapy while managing a patient caseload and conducting comprehensive assessments. They collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to develop master treatment plans and coordinate effective discharge and aftercare planning.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree and at least two years of clinical experience in the mental health field. Applicants must be registered in Florida as an LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT.
