Key Responsibilities
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop individualized treatment plans while delivering play-based ABA therapy. Supervise and mentor clinical staff while collaborating with peers to ensure high-quality client outcomes.
Requirements
Requires an active BCBA certification and a North Carolina LBA license. Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
