Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive family medicine care to patients in a rural clinic setting while building lasting relationships with the community. Collaborate with a broad network of specialists and participate in teaching opportunities with medical students and residents.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree and have completed an accredited Family Medicine residency program in the United States. An active Illinois medical license and DEA license are required, along with Board Certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.
