Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive family medicine care to patients in a rural clinic setting while building lasting relationships with families. Collaborate with a broad network of specialists and participate in teaching opportunities with medical students and residents.
Requirements
Must hold an MD or DO degree and have completed an accredited Family Medicine residency program in the United States. Candidates are required to possess an active Illinois medical license and DEA license, and be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
