• Family Medicine or Internal Medicine – Outpatient
• Common primary care services and procedures

• Board Certified or Board Eligibility required
• Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Florida
• Office location – Hillsborough/Pasco County
• Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Ages treated – Family Medicine - Infant to geriatric
• Ages treated – Internal Medicine - 18-years-old to geriatric
