Practice a broad scope of dentistry, including

Compensation

• 30% of Collections
• $700 Daily Guarantee (First 90 Days)
• $10,000 Commitment Bonus
• $5,000 upon start
• $5,000 upon two-year renewal
• 1099 Independent Contractor Relationship
• Minimal provider deductions compared to many corporate models
• Expected Earnings
• $250,000–$400,000+ annually, with significant upside for doctors who embrace a broader clinical scope.

Schedule

• Four clinical days per week
• Approximately 16 clinical days per month
• 9-hour shifts
• Office hours: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Who We're Looking For
• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Nevada license (or ability to obtain)
• New graduates welcome
• Mentorship available for early-career dentists
