Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive, patient-centered healthcare services including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for individuals and families. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to promote wellness and manage acute and chronic conditions.
Requirements
Requires a Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing, a valid Ohio RN and APRN license, and national certification as a Nurse Practitioner. BLS certification and DEA registration are also required.
