Key Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider will deliver comprehensive, patient-centered healthcare services, including diagnosis and treatment across the lifespan. They will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to manage acute and chronic conditions while promoting patient wellness.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing and possess current, valid Ohio licensure as an APRN or PA. National certification in a relevant specialty and current BLS certification are required, with preference given to those with primary care experience.
