Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will travel to patients' homes to perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized plans of care. They are responsible for providing skilled therapeutic interventions, monitoring patient progress, and educating patients and caregivers on mobility and safety.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid Physical Therapist license and have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Strong clinical reasoning, patient assessment skills, and the ability to work independently in a mobile environment are required.
