This position is for an Independent Contractor to serve Dr Palmdale and the surrounding areas.

The physical therapist will deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages by observing, recording, and reporting on their condition. They are responsible for determining the plan of care and completing documentation through an intuitive electronic medical record system.
Candidates must hold a current, active, and unrestricted Physical Therapy license issued by the state board and have completed an accredited Physical Therapy program. Reliable personal transportation and a smartphone are required to perform the duties of this role.
