The Clinic Director provides direct physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading and mentoring a clinical team to ensure high-quality care. They also partner with community leadership to implement the EmpowerMe 360 model and coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services.
Candidates must hold a current professional license in a therapy discipline such as PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP. Previous leadership or mentorship experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
