Provide comprehensive pediatric physical therapy evaluations and treatments for an established caseload of approximately 50 patients. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans while documenting progress in the EPIC EMR system.
Requires an active Ohio physical therapy license, BLS certification, and a minimum of 2 years of current pediatric rehabilitation experience. Candidates must be proficient in EPIC EMR and able to work a 40-hour workweek.
