Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will travel to patients' homes to perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized plans of care to improve patient mobility and independence. They are responsible for providing skilled therapeutic interventions, monitoring patient progress, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current and valid Texas Physical Therapist license and be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Strong clinical reasoning, communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a mobile environment are required.
