The Physical Therapist will evaluate, organize, and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy for pediatric patients within their homes. They are responsible for coordinating care with families and staff, maintaining clinical records, and participating in quality improvement programs.
Candidates must hold a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy and possess a current state-issued professional license. Pediatric clinical experience and home health experience are preferred, along with a valid driver's license and CPR certification.
