Urology Physician – St. Cloud or Willmar, Minnesota

Work alongside nine accomplished Urologists and six Advanced Practice Providers,
supporting the largest urology practice in Greater Minnesota.

Physicians will provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient general urology
care, with the option to sub-specialize, supported by advanced OR suites with
dedicated urology block time, on-site lab and imaging services, and access to da
Vinci robotic surgery at multiple locations. The practice is supported by
hospital-based APPs and urology technicians, with robust referrals from more
than 30 CentraCare primary care and specialty clinics, as well as external
partners, and strong collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. New to
practice? Our mentorship program ensures a smooth transition and long-term
success. The position offers a guaranteed base salary in the first year, with
the potential for substantial earnings starting in year two, based on
productivity and performance metrics.

* Call every 9th weekend | Holiday 

Pay and Benefits

* Salary range: $525,000 - $710,000 per year
* Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills,
knowledge, location, and internal equity
* Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in
a prorated offer rate
* May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or
production-based compensation.

* BE/BC in Urology
* Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
