BCBA Requirements

* A BCBA certificate & license (if required in the state of practice)

BCBA Required experience

* Working with children with autism: 1 year

* Applied Behavior Analysis: 1 year

* Prior BCBA experience

Required Education

* Master's level degree

Key Responsibilities

The BCBA will provide proactive, personalized ABA therapy for children in center and home-based settings. They are responsible for managing a caseload of 8-12 clients while promoting high-quality, data-driven treatment.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a BCBA certificate and a Master's level degree. At least one year of experience working with children with autism and in Applied Behavior Analysis is required.
