Location: Knoxville, TN (Primary: West Knoxville)
Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Neurologist to join our growing, multi-subspecialty clinic. This is an exceptional opportunity that offers a premier work-life balance, as there is absolutely no requirement for nights, weekends, or on-call coverage. Our innovative operational model utilizes AI scribes and dedicated backend administrative staff to manage clinical documentation and patient communication, ensuring that our physicians are free from administrative burdens and can focus entirely on patient care.
About the Practice
We are committed to providing patient-centered, multidisciplinary care. We offer comprehensive neurological, cardiac, and vascular medicine under one roof in Knoxville, TN. Our practice is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including an in-house EEG lab and a fully equipped Cath lab, allowing us to perform advanced diagnostics and procedures in-house without hospital delays or excessive facility fees.
Key Responsibilities & Clinical Scope
Provide high-quality neurological care on a standard 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule, which includes a one-hour lunch break.
Manage a comfortable daily patient volume, starting at 12 to 15 patients per day and gradually scaling to 20 patients per day within the first six months as follow-ups accumulate.
While general neurology is welcome, candidates with subspecialty training in neurophysiology are highly preferred to perform EMG and EEG procedures.
Optionally develop a practice focus on memory disorders and dementia, an area currently receiving 15 to 20 referrals daily.
Practice primarily out of our West Knoxville location at 139 Fox Road, which is currently expanding to feature an in-house imaging center with state-of-the-art MRI and CT technology.
Opportunity to provide optional care at our Tazewell location (1830 Main Street) for additional compensation.

- Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible.
- Board-eligible candidates will be expected to complete their certification within one year of employment.

- Base Salary: Generous base salary of $300,000 USD.
- Bonus Potential: Performance-based RVU bonuses that can reach up to $100,000 USD.
