Key Responsibilities
The psychiatrist will conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and diagnostic evaluations for patients in emergency and acute care settings. They are responsible for creating individualized treatment plans, prescribing medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated care.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active medical license in TX, MO, KS, CO, or CA and possess at least 2 years of inpatient experience with a focus on trauma. Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry and a valid, unrestricted DEA license are required.
