Job description
Join Freedom Magnolia as a IOP Social Worker – Geriatric Behavioral Health in Jackson, Mississippi, United States. NOTE: this position is currently filled. Key Responsibilities
The therapist facilitates group, individual, and family therapy sessions for geriatric patients within an intensive outpatient program. They are also responsible for developing treatment plans, documenting patient progress, and coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. A current state licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent is required.
