What You'll Do

* Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures
* Prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance
* Scaling and Root Planing (SRP)
* Periodontal charting
* Digital radiographs
* Fluoride treatments
* Patient education and preventive care
* Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team to deliver an exceptional
patient experience
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Dentrix

Qualifications

* Active Virginia Dental Hygiene License (or awaiting licensure—we welcome new
graduates and pending license applicants)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience providing comprehensive hygiene care, including:
* Periodontal charting
* Digital X-rays
* Prophylaxis
* Scaling and Root Planing (SRP)
* Fluoride treatments
* Patient education
* Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding patient care
* Comfortable using or willing to learn modern dental technology
