Job description

Join Townsen Memorial Hospital as a Physical Therapist in Humble, Texas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations to assess patient needs, functional limitations, and rehabilitation potential.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals based on physician orders, patient assessments, and evidence-based practice.
  • Administer therapeutic interventions to improve patient function, mobility, and quality of life.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited college or university required.
  • Active Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Texas.
  • Two (2) years of physical therapy experience in a hospital or health system.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certified.
