Join Mission Healthcare as a Physical Therapist (Home Health) – $5K Sign-On, 4-Day Week in Gresham, Oregon, United States. Mission Healthcare, located in seven states, is the largest home health and hospice company in the western United States. We have a critical mission—to take care of our people.

Work Schedule

This position offers weekends off, a signing bonus. Work with Mission Healthcare in Gresham, Oregon, United States.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care while maintaining accurate documentation of patient progress.
Requirements
Requires an active Physical Therapist license and a Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Candidates must have at least one year of experience and possess a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle.
