Join Jericho Road Ministries Inc as a Hospital Medicine Physician – Loan Forgiveness, Buffalo in Buffalo, NY, US. HOSPITAL MEDICINE PHYSICIAN Jericho Road Community Health Center is actively seeking a Hospital Medicine Physician. This position is full-time, within the Medical Care Department, working at Buffalo General Medical Center.

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality inpatient medical care for adult patients and perform comprehensive clinical evaluations alongside the family medicine resident team. Coordinate care transitions with multidisciplinary teams and maintain accurate electronic medical records to ensure evidence-based patient outcomes.
Requirements
Candidates must be licensed to practice in New York State and board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Experience in hospital, emergency, or critical care medicine is preferred, along with current BLS and ACLS certifications.
