FMR Faculty Family Medicine Physician (ABFM)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Supervises clinical training of Family Medicine residents in the hospital’s
residency program.
* Evaluates learning process of Family Medicine residents, identifies needs and
strives to maximize learning opportunities.
* Conducts teaching rounds with Family Medicine residents in the hospital’s
residency program.
* Participates in Morning Report where residents can present and review all
appropriate cases.
* Provides supervision of Residents in the Residency continuity clinic.
* Provides supervision and training of medical students.
* Completed rotation end performance evaluation for residents and medical
students.
* Curriculum Director as assigned by Program Director.
* Serves as Advisor for assigned residents.
* Serves as admitting physician for Family Medicine Teaching Service as
assigned. The schedule of calls will be established by the Program Director.
* Supervises maternity care of resident continuity obstetric patients.
