Key Responsibilities
The Manager of Behavioral Health will lead a team of clinicians to oversee ambulatory behavioral health programs, including Primary Care Integration and Behavioral Health Urgent Care. They are responsible for managing daily operations, including staffing, workflow design, and productivity monitoring to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field and possess a valid Washington state clinical license. A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience and 3 years of supervisory or management experience is required.
