Responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients with various orthopedic and physical disorders within a home care setting. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans while maintaining accurate documentation and billing records.
Requires a BS, MS, or DPT from an accredited physical therapy school and an active Massachusetts physical therapy license. Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience is preferred, along with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
