- Acts as an advocate for individual supported and their families to assure receipt of entitled services.
- Initiates referrals and monitors progress of vendored services, evaluates availability and effectiveness of services.
- Identifies community service needs or gaps and assists community resources in the development of needed services and improving the quality of services.
