Key Responsibilities
The RN Navigator triages hematology referrals and coordinates care for patients with complex hematology disorders, including Sickle Cell and Hemophilia. They also provide patient education, assist with insurance authorizations, and facilitate communication between the healthcare team and families.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a current unencumbered RN license. A minimum of two years of clinical experience is preferred.
