Job Description

  • Texas | $350K + Productivity Bonuses | Hybrid + Telehealth
  • In-person requirement: 1 week per month
  • New Grads Welcome

Four-day workweek. Zero call. Join a multidisciplinary team treating patients with traumatic brain injury in a hybrid in-person/telehealth model. You bring the clinical expertise — chiropractors, interventional pain, neuro rehab techs, and MAs handle the rest. Three-day weekends. Every week.

  • What We’re Looking For
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
  • Texas medical license (preferred — or willing to obtain)
  • Genuine interest in TBI and post-injury neurology
  • New graduates strongly encouraged to apply
  • Why This Role Works

If you trained in neurology because you wanted to think deeply about complex cases — not chase RVUs and answer pages at 2 a. m. — this role is the antidote. Four-day weeks, hybrid telehealth, a coordinated team that absorbs the operational work, and patients who actually need a specialist who listens. The PIP model also means predictable reimbursement without the prior-auth grind.
