Key Responsibilities
The Case Manager provides comprehensive behavioral health services by assessing member needs, developing individualized care plans, and coordinating resources to ensure quality, cost-effective outcomes. They act as a primary contact and advocate for members, monitoring progress and collaborating with healthcare providers to resolve utilization issues.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree if a licensed Behavioral Health Professional or an Associate's degree with an RN license. A minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical, case management, or health insurance operations is required, along with active professional licensure.
