Job Description

Exciting Opportunity at our brand new New Canaan Facility – $25,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Join a Team That PUTS Providers First

Become part of a team connected to one of the region's most respected healthcare organizations. At Yale New Haven Health Urgent Care, we know exceptional patient care starts with supporting the clinicians who deliver it. We've built an urgent care organization focused on providing the resources, operational support, and scheduling flexibility providers need to thrive professionally while maintaining work-life balance.

New Canaan represents an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in one of our newest locations serving Lower Fairfield County. As we continue expanding access to high-quality urgent care services throughout the region, providers have the opportunity to help shape the culture, patient experience, and long-term success of a brand-new center while backed by the resources and support of Yale New Haven Health.

Why Providers Choose YALE New Haven Health Urgent Care

Exceptional Clinical Support

Practice with confidence alongside experienced colleagues, engaged clinical leadership, and an integrated support network. As Chief Medical Officer Dr. Raffoul shares, "experts are at your fingertips," giving providers access to specialty referrals, care coordination resources, and the broader Yale New Haven Health network to help patients navigate the next steps in their care.

What Our Providers Say

That commitment to support is reflected in the experiences of providers across our organization. Clinicians consistently highlight the approachable medical leadership, exceptional teamwork, and collaborative culture that make Yale New Haven Health Urgent Care a special place to practice. As one provider shared, "There's never a moment that you can't reach out to someone with a question."

Growing in Lower Fairfield County

New Canaan is part of our continued investment in Lower Fairfield County, one of Connecticut's most dynamic and desirable communities. This location offers providers the unique opportunity to join a new team from the ground up while helping expand convenient access to care for patients and families throughout the region.

For clinicians who enjoy building relationships, contributing ideas, and helping shape team culture, New Canaan presents a rare opportunity to make a meaningful impact from day one. You'll have the chance to help establish a new practice environment, support a growing patient population, and contribute to the continued expansion of Yale New Haven Health Urgent Care in Lower Fairfield County.

Scheduling Built Around People

Our dedicated scheduling team works directly with providers to create fair, thoughtful schedules. We believe provider scheduling should be driven by people, not software.

Structured and Predictable Schedules

We provide consistency and advance visibility whenever possible so providers can better balance work and life.

Commute-Conscious Staffing

We take provider geography into account and work to minimize unnecessary travel between locations whenever feasible.

Strong Compensation and Bonus Opportunity

Competitive compensation is complemented by meaningful bonus opportunities.

Better Weekend Work-Life Balance

Weekend schedules are structured around 8-hour shifts, creating more balance outside of work.
