The Opportunity
Seeking Board Eligible/Certified General Anesthesiology physicians.
Current CA state license is a plus.
Current ACLS and PALS are required.

MemorialCare Saddleback Medical Center – Laguna Hills, California
Small community hospital in sunny Southern California. Lifestyle focused practice.
Anesthesiologists 100%25 doing own cases; no CRNA supervision.
Over 4,000 surgical cases per year.
Case mix includes cardiac, major vascular, obstetric, neuro, and orthopedic.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
