About the Role

Join Summit Home Care & Hospice as a Physical Therapist Assistant – M-F Schedule in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Work directly with patients on therapeutic exercises designed to help regain full mobility, strengthen their muscles, and improve coordination.

Administer various physical modalities, such as soft tissue massage, electrical muscle stimulation and ultrasounds, to help relieve pain, improve circulation and decrease swelling in the muscles.

Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care.

Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation.

Requirements

home patients, Physical Therapist (PT) and Assisted Living Facility (ALF)/Independent Living Facility (ILF staff), as necessary. Work in a fast

paced, flexible work environment. Must be able to handle the physical workload with kindness, compassion, and empathy. Strong leadership qualities.
