Key Responsibilities
The Nurse Practitioner will conduct comprehensive psychiatric and medical assessments, formulate diagnoses, and provide ongoing medication monitoring and crisis intervention. They will work collaboratively with the Intake team to coordinate care and ensure continuity of services for clients and their families.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing and possess a current Michigan Nurse Practitioner license with DEA registration. A minimum of two years of experience treating mental health conditions and one year working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is required.
