We are currently seeking experienced pediatric Occupational Therapists (minimum 2 years experience preferred) to join our growing team.

This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who love pediatric therapy, value collaboration, and want to work and excel in an environment that is supportive, organized, and growth-minded without the burnout culture often seen in larger systems.

About Bliss

We are intentionally seeking experienced clinicians who can work independently, contribute to team collaboration, and bring confidence, warmth, and creativity into sessions.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct pediatric occupational therapy evaluations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals
  • Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions addressing fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, and play skills
  • Collaborate closely with families, speech-language pathologists, and other interdisciplinary team members
  • Complete documentation, progress reports, and treatment notes in a timely manner
  • Contribute ideas, clinical insight, and positive team culture

Ideal Candidate

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas
  • NBCOT certified
  • Minimum 2 years pediatric experience preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Experience with a variety of diagnoses and age ranges
  • Organized, collaborative, and family-centered
  • Comfortable working independently while also being part of a team

Preference may be given to clinicians comfortable with evaluations and case management.

Experience or interest in any of the following is a plus:

  • Sensory integration / sensory processing
  • Feeding therapy
  • Handwriting and visual-motor skills
  • Primitive reflex integration
  • Self-regulation and emotional regulation programs
  • Experience working with autistic children and neurodiversity-affirming care

Growth Opportunities

As Bliss continues to expand throughout the North Texas area, we are actively building future clinical leadership infrastructure within the organization.

For clinicians interested in leadership development, opportunities may include

growth into:

  • Team Lead roles
  • Regional leadership opportunities
  • Clinical program development, including growing our OT services
  • Mentorship and supervision
  • Future executive clinical leadership paths as the organization grows

We value clinicians who want to contribute ideas, help shape culture, and grow alongside the company.
