Become part of a team connected to one of the region's most respected healthcare organizations. At Yale New Haven Health Urgent Care, we know exceptional patient care starts with supporting the clinicians who deliver it. As an established and trusted location serving Eastern Connecticut, Norwich offers providers the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population while working alongside experienced colleagues in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Supported by Yale New Haven Health, providers benefit from strong clinical resources while making a meaningful impact in the community they serve.

Why Providers Choose YALE New Haven Health Urgent Care

Exceptional Clinical Support

Practice with confidence alongside experienced colleagues, engaged clinical leadership, and an integrated support network. As Chief Medical Officer Dr. Raffoul shares, "experts are at your fingertips," giving providers access to specialty referrals, care coordination resources, and the broader Yale New Haven Health network to help patients navigate the next steps in their care.

What Our Providers Say

That commitment to support is reflected in the experiences of providers across our organization. Clinicians consistently highlight the approachable medical leadership, exceptional teamwork, and collaborative culture that make Yale New Haven Health Urgent Care a special place to practice. As one provider shared, "There's never a moment that you can't reach out to someone with a question."

What Our Patients Say

The impact of that support is reflected in the experience our patients receive every day. Recent feedback from Norwich patients highlights the compassionate, patient-centered care our teams strive to deliver:

"Very professional and friendly but most of all helped me feel better."
