The Staff Physical Therapist is responsible for completing evaluations,
developing written treatment plans, and providing on-going treatments that are
designed to improve the patient's functional status in conjunction with overall
treatment objectives.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; graduation from accredited college or
university or
* Master's degree in Physical Therapy; graduation from accredited college or
university
* Upon hire: California Physical Therapist License
* Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year experience

position.  The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this
position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other
applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional
compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials,
standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus
opportunities.
